Our objective is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and we understand that items sometimes do not meet expectations when seen in the intended room setting and must be returned. Please read our Risk Free Return Policy below.

  • All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt of your order and returned to ShorelineStyle.com within 30 days.
  • Return shipment is to be made at the buyer’s expense.
  • Purchases must be returned in unused, clean, undamaged, as-new condition. We will not accept items that have been visibly damaged or soiled. A full purchase price refund will be made when item is returned and received by our personnel under above condition.
  • The RA# must appear prominently on the outside of the package. Any package not marked with the RA# may be refused and returned to sender.
  • Although we strive to display the most accurate colors and prices possible, due to differences in computer monitors, operating systems, data refreshes, etc., we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen or inadvertent pricing errors.
  • Return Exception: Please note that our Nautical Map Items (i.e. Pillows, Tote Bags, Shower Curtains, etc.) are custom made just for you, so returns are not accepted on these items.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Call us toll free at 1-866-880-0066 (M-F 9:30am to 6:pm EST) or email us 24/7 at support@shorelinestyle.com for your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return address.
Wrap the items(s) securely in original packaging or equivalent to ensure adequate transit protection. Use packing tape to seal the package and make sure to place your RA# prominently on outside of package.  This will help ensure a faster refund.
Ship the item(s) using either UPS, FedEx or any other carrier who is able to provide an accurate tracking record of the shipment. After the item to be returned has been shipped, forward a tracking number to support@shorelinestyle.com.
You can leave the rest to us. We will monitor your tracking and notify you as soon as everything is received.  A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item in like-new condition.  It's that simple!
